The scope of this Paper is mainly to discuss SCII tools and readiness to facilitate a client moving into PS CS 9.2 without any impact of separation from HCM. Oracle HCM Cloud being the emerging ERP technology after PeopleSoft 9.2. Most universities that are leveraging both PeopleSoft HCM and CS in older versions will opt for upgrade to PeopleSoft CS 9.2 and move on to Oracle HCM cloud. The primary focus of this paper is to provide a detailed process flow on how to decommission PeopleSoft HCM from PeopleSoft CS using SCII developed automation tool. The process flow is sequential involving determination of deprecated Records, identification of impacted objects, verification of business impacts and providing solution for HCM dependency  to name a few. While Oracle delivers functionality for vanilla PS CS to work in absence of Vanilla PS HCM, A customized CS application needs a tested approach that resolves HCM dependency issues which is facilitated by the SCII tool.
