  • Thought to be suitable for Stereotypic jobs – Teaching, Nursing, and Tailoring.
  • Traditionally occupied supportive low-level positions
  • Were perceived as submissive, empathetic, not result oriented and aggressive as compared to men.
  • Meant to be married and eventually take care of husband and children.

  • If needed ignore rules for a good cause and take more risks.

  • Do formal objective assessment/succession planning
  • Access performance equally by focusing on tasks and results
