This session covers majorly how a cloud global implementation which covers 100+ countries can be driven from Offshore. This is a case study of cloud journey of a very large technology enterprise - considered as one of the biggest Oracle Cloud Implementations in the world. It showcases methodology extension, tools used, governance and how the user community is benefited across the globe. KBACE led the implementation of Global Oracle HCM implementation at Xerox Corporation. Implementation involves, Oracle HCM Cloud Human Resources for 140,000 employees across 102 countries. The deployment followed a multi-phased approach across countries. The program also covers the Global Cloud Workforce Compensation Implementation which includes a Single Corporate Program launched in 65 countries with 67K employee data loaded into the Cloud Compensation Application.
