Krishna Rao Mallem works as Associate Director for Application Management Services at Sierra-Cedar India Pvt Ltd. He has 21 years of IT experience and is currently Leading the Application management services division at Sierra-Cedar with a team of hundred plus consultants working on Oracle PeopleSoft and HCM cloud engagements. Krishna and his team exhibited thought leadership to drive value-added support and upgrade services to their clients across FSCM, HCM and CS pillars.

PeopleSoft Support and PUM updates have been the key area for multiple clients and the Sierra-Cedar team has a methodology and accelerators for handling these kinds of engagements. Sierra Cedar’s methodology helps in smooth planning and execution of PUM image application whether the difference between the source and target image is small or large. Krishna and the team have experience in handling multiple complexities around PUM image application and delivering the services.

Krishna has 19 years of experience with Oracle PeopleSoft projects spanning across implementations, upgrades, and support. He has earlier presented at Sangam 17 (along with another Sierra-Cedar Consultant) on “SCI’s HCM - CS Decommissioning tool”
